Catherine Maylone

CEO, founder of Med Staff Plus, Inc.
Ms. Maylone is an experienced reimbursement executive with over 40 years of progressive consulting experience in the Healthcare Reimbursement Industry. Catherine has an extensive background in customer service intake, revenue cycle management, project management, software integration, development of policies and procedures, corporate education/training programs. Prior to founding Med Staff Plus, Cathy was a corporate director of reimbursement and an integral part of a “turnaround” and acquisition team. Ms. Maylone was also a co-owner of a medical billing service that specialized in physician billing and collections. Catherine has a proven track record in leadership and team building.

Patricia Dunstan

Co-Owner, Dunstan & Associates, LLC.
Ms. Dunstan has been consulting with Med Staff Plus since 2017. Patricia has over 40 years of full revenue cycle experience. Dunstan & Associates provides consulting in Insurance Verification, IT support, client relations, and ensures that Med Staff Plus is meeting our client’s goals. Patricia started her career in the Medical Reimbursement Industry as a co-owner of a physician medical billing service. She has grown her areas of expertise over the years in Revenue Cycle Management, Project Management, Education, Training, and Insurance Verification.

Paula Lewandowski Powley

Owner, Lewan-Powley Consulting, LLC.
Ms. Lewandowski Powley has been consulting with Med Staff Plus since 2002. Paula has over 30 years of full revenue cycle experience. Lewan-Powley Consulting provides support to our insurance verification team, manages their processes and works directly with our clients. Her career path has focused in education, training, project management, quality assurance and acquisition integration.

Carla Maltese

Carla Maltese has over 30 years in the DME/HME and Infusion industry. The company provides management consulting and insurance verification for DME, Diabetic & Infusion Home Services. Maltese Billing Services offers expert billing services to all insurance payers, and Revenue Cycle Management in addition to the management of insurance verification & accounts receivable staff.
